About Iryaa Homes
Iryaa Homes is a handcrafted home décor brand, operated from Bengaluru and Bhadohi, Mirzapur, India. By purchasing from our website you enter into a purchase agreement with Iryaa Homes.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice — the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
Order acceptance
Placing an order and completing payment constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including but not limited to unavailability, pricing errors or delivery restrictions. If we decline, we will refund you in full.
Product representation
We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible; however, screen colour and texture rendering may vary slightly. Because every piece is handcrafted, minor variations from photographs are natural and expected.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Iryaa Homes does not store your card or UPI details.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including designs, photographs, copy and the Iryaa Homes name and logo — is the intellectual property of Iryaa Homes and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in relation to any product purchased is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
International shipping
For international orders, shipping cost is not calculated automatically at checkout. We will confirm the final shipping charge with you by email or WhatsApp before your order is finalised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
