Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, and what we never do.
Information we collect
When you place an order or enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and any notes you share with us. When you complete a payment, our payment partner Razorpay processes the transaction — we never see or store your card / UPI details.
How we use your information
We use your details solely to process your order, ship your piece, send confirmation and shipping emails, and respond to your queries. We never sell your data to third parties.
Third parties we work with
Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional emails) and MongoDB (encrypted database) are the only providers with access to relevant order data, and only for the purposes above.
Marketing communication
We may occasionally email new collections or stories to customers who have purchased or subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies — primarily to remember your basket contents. We do not use invasive tracking, retargeting pixels or third-party ad networks.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, corrections to it, or its deletion, by writing to info@iryaahomes.in. We will respond within 30 days.
