How your piece travels home.
Where we ship
We ship across India and worldwide via insured couriers. Orders are dispatched either from our Bengaluru studio or from our atelier in Bhadohi, Mirzapur, depending on the piece. Domestic dispatch happens within 2–5 working days of order confirmation. International orders leave the atelier within 3–7 working days.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping within India is ₹100 flat. Orders above ₹1,000 ship free. For international orders, shipping is not automated at the moment — we will personally confirm the exact shipping charge with you before order confirmation, based on your destination, weight and dimensions. Duties and taxes for international destinations may be payable by the recipient depending on local customs.
Estimated delivery times
Metro cities in India: 3–7 working days after dispatch. Non-metro India: 5–10 working days. International: 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Custom & bespoke pieces
Bespoke rugs and custom commissions are handcrafted to order and typically take 6–14 weeks before dispatch. We will share a personalised timeline in your order confirmation and monthly progress photographs from the loom.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier link. You can also request updates by writing to info@iryaahomes.in or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Undeliverable / failed deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us undelivered (incorrect address, no one to receive, refused by recipient), we will reach out to arrange re-dispatch. Re-shipping charges may apply.
