A gentle, honest returns policy.
Ready-made pieces
Ready-made products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original unused condition and original packaging. Please initiate a return by writing to info@iryaahomes.in with your order number and a photograph of the piece.
Bespoke and custom orders
Because bespoke pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, they are non-returnable once weaving has begun. If there is a genuine craftsmanship defect, we will offer a complimentary remake or a partial credit — please share photographs with us within 7 days of delivery.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original Razorpay payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet). Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3–7 working days to reflect.
Return shipping
Customers arrange return shipping through a courier of their choice. Please use an insured, tracked service. Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is initiated.
Handmade variation is not a defect
Slight variations in colour, texture, size and finish are inherent to a handcrafted product. These are marks of authenticity, not manufacturing defects, and cannot be a basis for return.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it and email us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund without dispute.
